SYTO is a non-profit and non-governmental African Organisation founded by Dr Edmund Prempeh in 1994 in Ghana . Its philosophy and framework have since been adopted in 5 other countries: Benin , Cote d'Ivoire , Nigeria , Senegal , South Africa .
