SUPPORT AND SERVICES

Our support services are second to none. We ensure that every arrangement is made to make your visit a memory of a lifetime. We organize airport pickup, a comprehensive orientation course, 24 hour emergency contact, and academic support services. SYTO issues both the International Youth Travel card (IYTC) and the International Students Identity Card (ISIC) which is the only card recognized worldwide as evidence of student and youth status. SYTO also issues the International Teachers Identity Card (ITIC).

ACCOMMODATION

For all our programmes SYTO provides homestay or independent accommodation. You will be welcomed into the community and treated as a member of the family. Living with a local family will allow you to integrate and increase your understanding of the culture, culminating in an experience you will remember for the rest of your life.

Being a student travel organisation, SYTO has access to budget accommodation, such as The Pink Hostel. As part of our development scheme, we have negotiated with a number of hotels and guesthouses to offer discounts to ISIC and GO25 cardholders, so that the independent young traveler can deal directly with these hotels and rest houses. Alternatively, we are always glad to offer our services in making a reservation according to your preference of location or meal plan (i.e. B&B or full board etc.) Four week advance notice is required for reservations.
